Why I Wrote This
A few years ago I hit my first $50K month and thought I had arrived.
The cash was real. The clients were real. The photos looked great.
The problem was that I had quietly built a golden cage. The business needed me on every call, in every launch, behind every post.
I was earning more and seeing my family less. Winning on paper. Losing where it actually mattered.
The shift didn't come from a new funnel or a better script. It came from naming who I had to stop being.
For years I had been the Master Consumer. Buying every course. Joining every mastermind. Finishing almost nothing.
I made the call to become the Master Implementer instead.
Same brain. Same hours. Same family. Different identity. The work changed because the man behind the work changed.
What came on the other side was the version of the business I actually wanted.
Over $6M in client results across 150+ private clients and 1,200+ customers. The honor of being the #1 affiliate for Tony Robbins in Asia in 2019. A son born in May 2025 who I get to be present for, on a calendar that protects family first instead of treating it as the leftover slot.
This playbook is the framework underneath that. The 6P that I now use with every client to find what is actually blocking their growth — and install the pieces that turn a busy business into a real lifestyle business.
The 6P, At A Glance
Every lifestyle business runs on two games at once.
The Outer Game is what the market sees. The Inner Game is what runs underneath.
Six pillars in total — three per game — each built on three components running Foundation, Engine, and Outcome.
The whole system is designed to deliver one thing: a 6-Figure True Lifestyle Business™.
Clients for years. Leads every day. Cash every week. In 20 hours a week.
When the model works, every pillar is pulling its weight. When you stall, one pillar has gone quiet.

Rate Every Statement Honestly
Red means not true for you. Yellow means partly there, inconsistent. Green means true and working.
Speed matters less than honesty. Five minutes of clean answers beats fifteen minutes of soft ones.
Your reddest pillar is your real bottleneck.
That is where to focus. If an Inner pillar is deep red, fix that before you touch the Outer tactics.
You don't fix the funnel before you fix the founder.
And remember — yellow is often a trap. Partly working usually means inconsistent, which costs you more than an honest red because it hides the problem.
When Product is weak, everything downstream leaks.
You attract the wrong people because your ideal client is fuzzy. Your process is hard to explain because you've never named your method. Your offer feels generic because it hasn't been packaged for one specific buyer.
Marketing feels heavier than it should. Sales calls feel like convincing instead of fitting.
The business doesn't lack effort. It lacks a sharp Product foundation.
The 3 Components of Product
Ideal Client DNA
Before you build anything, you need to know who you are building it for. Most entrepreneurs skip this step. They create an offer based on what they think people want, then quietly wonder why nobody buys. The more clearly you understand your ideal client across their demographics, problems, what they've already tried, what they actually want, and what they care about, the easier everything downstream becomes. Your content writes itself. Your sales calls feel like helpful conversations instead of interrogations. Your delivery hits exactly where the pain is, and your retention takes care of itself.
Signature Method
Once you know who you serve, the next question is how you take them from where they are to where they want to be. Most coaches do not have a Signature Method, they have a bag of tricks. They make it up on each call and quietly hope it adds up to a result. A Signature Method has a name, a sequence, and a promise. The name makes it ownable. The sequence makes it teachable. The promise tells the client what they walk away with. It becomes uniquely yours through your experience, your philosophy, or your process. When it is named, your work stops being random and starts becoming an asset.
Golden Offer
If you are still selling your time by the hour, you do not have a business. You have a job with a difficult boss, which is you. A Golden Offer is something genuinely valuable to your clients, easy to sell, and scalable to deliver. It is anchored in a Transformation Statement, not a job title. Weak version is "I am a fitness coach." Strong version is "I help busy dads lose 10kg in 90 days without giving up beer." The offer competes on four things at once, the dream outcome, the time it takes, the effort required, and how likely the result feels. When the offer is sharp, you stop selling time and start selling transformation.

Score Yourself · Product
When Pipeline is weak, the business runs on hope.
Some weeks the inbox is full. Other weeks it's silent. You depend on referrals or whoever happens to see your last post.
Visibility is not the issue. Predictability is.
Without a Pipeline that runs even when you don't feel like posting, every dry week becomes a panic week — and every busy week becomes a hire-fast scramble.
The 3 Components of Pipeline
Magnetic Content
Most coaches treat content like a slot machine. Post something, hope someone notices, cross fingers. That is not a business, that is gambling. Magnetic Content is different. Every magnetic post does three things at once. It creates connection so the reader relates to you. It builds credibility so they trust you. It demonstrates expertise so they respect you. Miss one and the content goes flat, no matter how clever the hook is. The goal is not to create content from scratch every day. The goal is to collect content, run it through a simple Hook, Story, Offer shape, and stay consistent in a rhythm that fits your life, not someone else's.
Audience Accelerator
Content brings people who already follow you. The Audience Accelerator brings people who do not. Most coaches stall here. They keep posting into the same audience and wonder why growth feels capped. The answer is not to post more, the answer is to get in front of new rooms. Three channels compound. Dream 100 and joint ventures with people who already serve your audience. Events and communities where you show up, speak, and partner. Referral marketing systems that run in parallel from current clients, graduates, and strategic partners. You do not need all three at max. You need one running, and a plan to add the next.
Daily Leads Machine
Foundation is set, acceleration is running, and the Daily Leads Machine is what makes the whole thing sustainable. The promise is simple. Three to five qualified leads a day, in about fifteen minutes, without hard selling or forcing yourself to promote. The Machine reframes what a real lead is, a Qualified Hand Raiser, not a follower or a random opt-in. It runs on small attraction assets that solve one real problem and invite a reply. It uses soft P.S. invites instead of hard CTAs. And it sits inside a fifteen-minute daily rhythm of one story, one win, one soft invite. Daily, not when you feel like it.
This is the what. The full step-by-step lives inside the program.
Score Yourself · Pipeline
When Profit is weak, leads don't turn into clients and clients don't stay.
You can be doing all the right Pipeline work — getting attention, getting messages — and still watch revenue swing month to month.
Most coaches assume they have a lead problem when they actually have a conversion or retention problem.
Profit is where attention gets monetised. If this pillar is red, you're paying for traffic and content with nothing compounding behind it.
The 3 Components of Profit
Chats to Clients
Most people treat leads like numbers on a dashboard. The moment you start treating leads as humans, the business changes. The foundation of Profit is conversations, not funnels and not automations. Real human dialogue about real human problems. There are dozens of starting points for those conversations, workshops, lead magnets, podcast interviews, replies to emails, comments on posts. You do not need all of them, you need two or three that fit how you naturally show up. Once a conversation starts, the work is to diagnose, not pitch. Connect first, serve first, only sell if it is the obvious next step.
Effortless Sales
Most of the industry teaches sales as pressure. Build rapport, dig for pain, amplify it, close hard, follow up relentlessly. I have never sold that way and I have built a seven-figure business without it. In Effortless Sales, the sale does not happen on the call. The sale happens in the content. By the time someone gets on a call, they already know how you think, what you believe, and how you work. The call is where you both confirm fit. That only works when qualification happens before the call through content pre-screening and a real application form. On the call, ask, listen, diagnose, and only offer if you genuinely believe you can help.
Recurring Revenue
There are two kinds of business owners. Hunters wake up every Monday with no income and have to find their next meal. Farmers wake up to a field they have already planted. Recurring Revenue is what farming looks like. It has two halves. Retention is keeping the clients you already have, through continuity, ascension, and the kind of relationships that make people feel seen instead of transacted. Reputation is letting your existing results bring you the next clients, by actually delivering, being authentic about the messy seasons, and putting your proof everywhere. Together they create a business that compounds and pays you even when you go quiet.
This is the what. The full step-by-step lives inside the program.
Score Yourself · Profit
When Purpose is weak, you're running fast without a destination.
The business may even be working, but the work doesn't feel like yours. You second-guess offers, switch direction every quarter, and wonder if this is really what you want to be doing in five years.
Purpose is the pillar most coaches skip because it doesn't feel urgent.
It's also the pillar that quietly decides whether the next three years compound or scatter.
The 3 Components of Purpose
Master Identity
You cannot out-earn your self-image. Whatever your current income is, whatever you are willing to charge and ask and accept, all of it is downstream of the version of you that you currently believe yourself to be. You can change tactics every week and the number will not move, because the number is set by your identity, not your strategy. For years I was the Master Consumer, great at learning, terrible at finishing. The day I made the call to become the Master Implementer was the day the work changed. The shift is small. Stop asking "What should I do?" Start asking "What would the successful version of me do?"
Freedom Equation
Most entrepreneurs set income goals the wrong way around. They pick a round number that sounds good because someone else they admire is hitting it. The number is not anchored to anything real, so when life gets noisy it stops pulling. A real income goal is the actual cost of the life you are trying to live. That is the Freedom Equation. It is calculable, not arbitrary. You list ten goals across experiences, growth, and contribution. You cost them, add them up, divide by twelve, and find your real monthly target. Then you design your Perfect Typical Day, the regular Tuesday, not the holiday. Once that exists, every decision gets a clear filter.
Flow Finder
Once you know who you are and where you are going, the next question is what you actually spend your hours doing. Most entrepreneurs run their week through the wrong zones. Incompetence and competence are work to delete or delegate. Excellence is the dangerous one, work you are great at and well paid for but quietly do not enjoy. The market rewards Excellence enough to keep you stuck there for years. Genius is the intersection of what you are best at, what makes money, and what you actually love. When you are in Genius, work feels energising even when it is hard. The audit is simple, mark your calendar by zone and look at the ratio.
This is the what. The full step-by-step lives inside the program.
Score Yourself · Purpose
When Psychology is weak, no strategy holds.
You set a price and quietly discount it. You write the offer and never push it. You hit a number and a month later the number is gone.
The cap isn't on the business. It's on the operator.
Psychology is the pillar that decides whether you can hold the level your strategy is capable of delivering. If this is red, every Outer pillar will keep snapping back.
The 3 Components of Psychology
Environment Stacking
Your environment shapes you more than your willpower ever will. Most entrepreneurs try to grit their way to discipline. They wake up scrolling feeds full of complaints, sit at a cluttered desk, hop on calls with peers who have not grown in three years, and wonder why they feel flat by 11am. Discipline is the wrong lever. Environment is the right one. Three environments to design. Physical, the room you actually work in. Virtual, the feeds, inbox, and apps you consume. Social, the people you spend the most time with. If you want to be a high performer, stop hanging out in low-performance environments. Design the environment, and discipline becomes automatic.
Belief Rewiring
If you see yourself as a struggling freelancer, your brain will quietly sabotage any success that contradicts that story. A windfall month gets followed by a quiet month. A breakthrough launch gets followed by three weeks of avoidance. The bank account rises and falls around a ceiling you set without knowing you set it. The shift is small and surgical. Catch the limiting belief early, before it slows you down, and rewire it at the root. Every time you notice a small flinch around money, charging, or showing up, write it down. Then ask, is this still serving me, what would a higher version believe instead, and what would I do next if I already believed it.
Money Programming
This is the deepest layer, and the one most coaches skip because it does not look like business, it looks like therapy. After a decade of building and watching my own income swing from $50K months to low $10K months and back, this is the difference between someone who makes money and someone who holds money. There are two energies you can bring. Hustle is force, scarcity, push. Flow is ease, alignment, trust. The same script delivered in the two energies produces two different results. Money is also a mirror of beliefs you inherited before you had language to question them. And your nervous system can only hold the level of wealth that feels safe.
This is the what. The full step-by-step lives inside the program.
Score Yourself · Psychology
When Priorities is weak, you stay busy and still feel behind.
The calendar is full but nothing major moves. Every week feels reactive. You start the quarter with five priorities and finish with twelve.
Family time gets pushed. Health gets pushed. The lifestyle the whole business was meant to fund quietly slips.
Priorities decides whether the lifestyle in lifestyle business is real, or just a label.
The 3 Components of Priorities
Breakthrough Quarter
Annual goals fail because they have no urgency. When you have all year, you have no week that matters. By December you are looking at a list of intentions you never touched. Twelve-week sprints fix that. A quarter is long enough to move something real and short enough that every week counts. The deadline does the work that motivation cannot. Inside every quarter you check the season, winter is rebuild, spring is plant, summer is harvest, autumn is consolidate, and you match the work to the season. Then you pick three priorities, not ten, run through the filters of what is bleeding and what is the lead domino.
Monthly Mapping
Quarters give you the direction, months give you the engine. Once a month, before the next month starts, you sit down and map it as a one-month campaign, not a task list. The question most coaches skip is the cash campaign question. A cash campaign is a deliberate, time-bound push designed to convert audience into revenue. The reason most coaches do not make consistent money is that they do not consistently run them. They post, show up, hope for inbound, and call that marketing. Two campaigns a month is the sweet spot for most coaches in the first $20K stage. One main, one supporting. That single discipline kills the boom-and-bust cycle.
4-Hour Workday
The outcome of all this structure is a workday that actually fits inside a life. A to-do list is a wish. A calendar is a commitment. If it is not on the calendar with a start time and an end time, it is not real. Inside the calendar you run daily themes so your brain is not switching contexts twelve times a day. You lock in the recurring activities that protect what matters, family lunch, gym, date night, the Friday review. You hit the Business Daily 5 every day, content, connections, conversations, clients, coordination. And you aim for 80% adherence, because life happens and the power is in the return, not the streak.
This is the what. The full step-by-step lives inside the program.
